Some weekend updates
The past weekend i din do anything special.. Haha except went to a international pot luck party where i met more french pple.. Hee and not forgetting the 2 chinese gals i met (grace and ella) and really had lots of fun talking and teasing each other. Drank this specially connocted drink with coconut milk, sugar, rum and pineapple. hee tasted like bo bo cha cha though.. Ate some interesting food like bananas toasted with cheese and i had yummy chinese dumplings(jiao zi) and yummy chicken curry haha that was from of us of course.. there were only like 4 asians (me, carol, grace and ella) Hee we were the asian representitives hee. Oh and the house we went to was up on the hills! However when we got there it was pretty dark and there was nothing much to be seen except the night scene hee which comprised of mostly night lights.. But the sky was awesome! The twinkling stars looked so close.. I felt that i could just reach out to them:)Oh and i also went to town. Took some pictures around the cathedral square in town. Gonna post them up here.
Also went shopping again with William and we got lost! haha we really walked a lot that day! Haha and guys u wont believe this i bought and authenticated levis jeans for only NZ $25!! Hee maybe is not the latest design but what the heck! Anyway this is like going to be my last shopping trip hee crossing my fingers here. I have decided that i should not spend my time here shopping and instead go to places and try out new things more:) So from no on i am going to arrange my weekend outings during the weeekdays so by the time weekend is here i wont be like slacking around doing nothing special..
Lastly i wonder how is everyone doing.. Bet starting sch sucks big time.I am procastinating with my revision and i have like 2 tests in 2 weeks time! Better pull those socks up! Anyway if anyone is caring , hee i am eating really well.. Haha i am so proud of myself about this. I can take care of myself ! But sometimes i do miss those times when i could just depend on someone else. This is the time when i really appreciate my mum :)
Oh one more thing is that i am going to overcome my barriers and mix around more . Enough of asians are not able to mix with others idea. I am determined to overcome this barrier. Haha i am sure Huaqin supports me on this. And Huaqin if u are reading this, Help me take good care of Mar:)
